NSFNET notepad in Cornell Notes style

This is a page from the scratchpads used at the NSFNET project.  It illustrates the "Cornell Notes" style of note taking, with a separate left and right column.

I was at the University of Michigan while the NSFNET project started, and did some contract work for CICNET, one of the NSFNET member networks.
