The University Library is pleased to be a partner of the Ann Arbor Book Festival this year, and cordially invites you to the following free events:
Friday, June 22, 4:30 pm – reception to celebrate the Ann Arbor Book Festival Exhibit in the Hatcher Graduate Library north lobby, meet the authors and illustrators featured in the exhibit, and enjoy delicious refreshments. Free Ann Arbor Book Festival t-shirts will be available.
This exhibit features information on authors who will participate in the festival as well as a special section on children’s books related to Michigan. Festival keynote speakers Christopher Paul Curtis and Adam Mansbach are highlighted Children’s books written or illustrated by people from Ann Arbor and Michigan, and some on Michigan topics, including signed copies and reproductions of originals, come largely from the Special Collections Library (the Walp Collection, the Pohrt Archive, the Blos Archive, and the Rod Ruth Archive).

Saturday June 23, 4:00 pm – Festival keynote children's author, award-winner Christopher Paul Curtis in the Gallery
