At least one Diag squirrel has met its match; this photo from Corey Seeman shows a red-tailed hawk having breakfast back in March 2013 on an unfortunate squirrel.

As part of a "town fauna" series on AnnArbor.com, I wrote this piece on a muskrat rescue by a 4th grade group on a field trip to a water treatment plant.
